vaidban course ("we") runs this site to teach online courses. This page says what we keep about you and why. What we keep - Your name, email address and phone number, when you buy or join a course. - Which lessons you open and finish, your quiz answers, your notes and your reviews, so you can carry on where you stopped and receive your certificate. - A record of your payment (the amount, date and Razorpay's payment number). We never see or keep your card or UPI details; the payment is handled by Razorpay. How we use it - To let you sign in (we email you a one-time code), give you the courses you bought, send you receipts and class updates, and answer you when you write to us. - To keep the courses safe: your email may appear faintly on the video while you watch, and we may limit how many screens play at once on one account. - Your information is processed on the Nevorai Courses platform that powers this site. Nevorai's systems, including its AI assistants, may read this information only to run, support and improve the service for us. It is not sold. Who sees it Only our team and the platform that hosts this site. We share it with others only where the law asks us to. Your choices You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop emails, by writing to the email address at the bottom of this page.
