Refund policy

Our refund policy at vaidban course. Digital courses are opened for you as soon as you pay, so refunds are not given after you have started watching, except where the law says otherwise or the course was not as described. If something went wrong (you were charged twice, you could not open the course, or the course is very different from its page), write to the email address at the bottom of this page within 7 days of buying and tell us your order details. If we agree, the money goes back to the account you paid from; your bank usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show it. When a payment is refunded your access to that course ends.
